SS8060 304 Stainless Steel Wire Eye Strap
The SS8060 is an eye strap formed from AISI 304 stainless steel wire and stamped flat at the fixing points, in five sizes from 4 mm to 10 mm. It is a low-profile, bridge-shaped fitting screwed down through its two holes, used for lashing, lacing and leading light lines.

Product details
SS8060 eye straps are made from AISI 304 stainless steel wire, stamped flat at each end where the countersunk (sink) fixing holes are formed. Five sizes are listed: 4, 5, 6, 8 and 10 mm. L1 runs from 40 to 71 mm, L2 from 32 to 57 mm, H from 16 to 30 mm and hole diameter d from 3.2 to 8.2 mm, with D, h and W also given for each size.
Fixed with a screw at each end, the strap forms a low bridge that a line, strap or shock cord can pass under. That makes it useful for lacing boat covers and biminis, holding cables and hoses, leading light lines along a deck or coaming, and securing straps on vehicles and equipment. Because it is formed from round wire, the bridge is smooth on lines and webbing. Grade 304 suits outdoor and sheltered marine use.
No load rating is listed, so the eye strap is not intended for lifting or personal fall protection. Power Honour can supply the SS8060 under a private label or form straps to a customer drawing.
