SS8044 304 Stainless Steel Eye Plate with Machine Screw

The SS8044 pairs a round-based eye plate with a machine screw stud, made from AISI 304 stainless steel in a bright polished finish, with sink (countersunk) holes. Three sizes are listed by D: 5, 6 and 8 mm. A runs from 33 to 50 mm, B from 20 to 32 mm, H from 12 to 20 mm, h from 13 to 20 mm and W from 20 to 25 mm, with threads of M-6, M-8 and M-10 and weights of 25, 42 and 80 g.

Through-bolting on a single central stud makes the fitting quick to install where only one hole can be drilled, for example on thin panels, hatch lids, tubes or brackets, and the nut behind resists pull-out better than wood screws in hollow or thin material. It is used for cover tie-downs, light line leads, fender and flag lines and interior fixings. The polished finish suits visible positions.

No load rating is listed, so this is not a lifting or fall-protection anchor. Power Honour can supply the SS8044 under a private label or with a different stud length to a customer drawing; the ring version is SS8045.
