SS8045 304 Stainless Steel Ring Plate with Machine Screw

SS8045 combines a ring plate with a machine screw for through-fixing, made in AISI 304 stainless steel with a bright polished finish and sink (countersunk) holes. Three sizes are listed by D: 5, 6 and 8 mm. L runs 30, 40 and 50 mm, A 33 to 50 mm, H 20 to 32 mm and B 20 to 25 mm, with screw thread T of M-6, M-8 and M-10 and weights of 42, 75 and 150 g.

A threaded stud lets the plate be bolted through a deck, bulkhead or panel and tightened from behind, which gives a more secure fixing than wood screws alone in thin or hollow structures. The ring can fold down when not in use and lift to take a line, so ring plates are common for securing covers, cargo nets, fenders and tie-downs on boats, vehicles and trailers. The bright polish suits visible deck and interior positions.

No load rating is given, so this is not a lifting or fall-protection anchor. Power Honour can supply the SS8045 under a private label or with a different screw length to a drawing; the fixed-eye version is SS8044.
