Investment / Lost-Wax Casting

Gravity Casting
Cost-effective production of medium-to-large aluminium parts with stable surface quality.
Stamping
High-volume sheet-metal part production with stable processes and consistent dimensions.
Metal Injection Moulding (MIM)
For small, complex, high-volume precision parts — combining the design freedom of plastic injection with the strength and density of sintered metal.
Heat Treatment
Hardening, tempering, and stress-relief heat treatment to reach the required mechanical strength, hardness, and durability for load-bearing safety hardware.
Surface Treatment
Anodising (Type II / III), plating (nickel / zinc / chrome), powder coating, hot-dip galvanising, and passivation.
Assembly & Testing
Sub-assembly and functional verification, plus in-house tensile (pull) testing, salt-spray corrosion testing, and hardness testing, followed by packaging management.
