Product details
SS307 eye bolts are made in AISI 316 stainless steel and listed by item number, with two shank lengths for each of four threads. Items 307-061 (M6, F 60 mm, overall length OL 87 mm, 30 g) and 307-062 (M6, F 80 mm, OL 107 mm, 42 g) are the smallest; 307-121 and 307-122 (M12, F 120 and 140 mm, OL 176 and 196 mm, 304 and 324 g) are the largest. The M8 and M10 pairs sit between, with eye dimension E of 17 and 22 mm and D of 8 and 10 mm.
The long shank lets the bolt pass through a timber beam, deck, bracket or wall plate and be secured with a nut, giving a fixed eye for guy wires, awnings, mooring and fender lines, signs and hanging equipment. Grade 316 resists corrosion in coastal and marine settings. No working load is listed, so the eye bolt should not be used as a lifting point; lifting-pattern eye bolts are listed separately as SS580 and SS306.
