Product details
SS317 round rings are closed by argon-arc welding and bright polished, in AISI 304 stainless steel as standard with AISI 316 available. Sizes are given as D × H, with D from 3 to 13 mm and a choice of H for each D: for example 3 × 10 to 3 × 30 mm, 6 × 25 to 6 × 60 mm, 10 × 50 to 10 × 100 mm and 13 × 60 to 13 × 160 mm, 68 combinations in all.
A welded ring has no gap for a rope, strap or chain to slip through, and the polished finish is kind to webbing and lines. Rings like these act as connection points in sail and canopy work, dog and equestrian gear, bags and straps, chain and rope assemblies, and decorative or architectural fittings. Choosing 316 makes sense where rings will stay wet with sea water.
No load rating is listed for any size, so the rings should be specified as general hardware and not as lifting or fall-protection components. Power Honour can supply other D × H combinations to a drawing and can pack the rings under a private label.
