SS3193 304 Stainless Steel Ring Bolt with Nut and Washer

SS3193 is a through-bolt fixing with a ring carried in its eye, made from AISI 304 stainless steel and supplied with one nut and one washer. Four sizes are listed: 6, 8, 9 and 12 mm. For each, the drawing gives D (6 to 12 mm), W (6 to 12 mm), L (35 to 60 mm), H (75 to 120 mm) and T (50 to 80 mm).

Because the ring can swing, a rope or strap tied to it can follow the direction of pull, which makes ring bolts a common choice for boat tie-off points, stable and paddock fittings, wall-mounted mooring rings and garden or gate fixings. The nut and washer let the bolt be fixed through timber, a bracket or a panel. Grade 304 suits outdoor use away from constant salt spray.
