SS320 316 Stainless Steel Ring Plate

SS320 is a ring plate in AISI 316 stainless steel with a polished finish and sink (countersunk) holes. Four variants are listed: D 5 mm with L 35 mm, D 5 mm with L 30 mm, D 6 mm with L 40 mm and D 8 mm with L 50 mm. A runs from 30 to 40 mm, B from 35 to 50 mm and H from 20 to 33 mm, and hole diameter d is 4.2 mm except on the 8 mm size, which has 5.2 mm holes.

The product photograph shows a square plate with four fixing holes carrying a ring, a layout that spreads the load over more screws than a two-hole pad. Ring plates are used as tie-down points on decks, cockpit soles and bulkheads, in vans and trailers, and on walls for securing covers, bikes, tools and nets. Grade 316 is a better choice than 304 where the fitting sits in spray or is regularly washed with sea water.

No load rating is listed, so the plate is not a lifting or fall-arrest anchor. Power Honour can supply the SS320 under a private label or adapt the plate or ring to a customer drawing.
