SS3192 304 Stainless Steel Ring Bolt with Lag Screw

SS3192 is a ring bolt with a lag screw thread, made from AISI 304 stainless steel, that screws straight into timber. Three items are listed: item 3 with L 25 mm, D 4 mm and H 45 mm; item 5 with L 30 mm, D 6 mm and H 55 mm; and item 7 with L 50 mm, D 8 mm and H 60 mm.

Where a through-bolt is impractical, a lag-screw ring bolt gives a tidy fixing point on posts, beams, decking and boat interiors: for tying off lines, hanging fenders, securing gates and covers, or leading light ropes. A pilot hole sized to the screw helps prevent splitting and improves holding in hardwood. Grade 304 resists corrosion and avoids rust marks on outdoor timber.

Holding power depends on the timber and the screw embedment, and no load rating is listed, so the ring bolt is for light fixing duties, not lifting or personal anchorage.
