SS3195 316 Stainless Steel Welded Eye Bolt
The SS3195 is an eye bolt with a welded eye, made from AISI 316 stainless steel in six thread sizes from M5 to M16. Welding closes the eye completely, so ropes, wires and small shackles cannot slip out through a gap.

Product details
On the SS3195 the eye is closed by welding, giving a continuous ring rather than a bent loop with a gap. The bolt is made from AISI 316 stainless steel in six thread sizes: M5 (3/16 in.), M6 (1/4 in.), M8 (5/16 in.), M10 (3/8 in.), M12 (1/2 in.) and M16 (5/8 in.). B runs from 13 to 38 mm, and the three lengths L1, L2 and L3 run from 49 to 130 mm, 54 to 150 mm and 78 to 215 mm respectively.
The product photograph shows the bolt with nuts for through-fixing. A closed eye prevents thin wire, cord or a small shackle from working out through a gap, which suits guy wire anchors, awning and shade-sail fixings, wire balustrade end points and marine deck hardware. Grade 316 is the preferred choice for coastal exposure.
No working load is listed, so the welded eye bolt should not be used for lifting; the DIN 580 pattern eye bolt is listed as SS580. Power Honour can supply the SS3195 under a private label or in other lengths to a customer drawing.
