AP-041 Aluminium Alloy Pulley, 20 kN

AP-041 is listed with an aluminium alloy body, a 20 kN breaking strength and a 13 mm rope size. The photograph shows a compact pulley with a rounded top attachment eye and a sheave enclosed by solid side plates; the second image is a dimension drawing.

Within this range, AP-041 shares the 20 kN rating with AP-010 but uses a different body shape, so buyers can choose between them on geometry and appearance. Pulleys at this rating are used for redirects, training rigs, light hauling and lowering systems where loads are known and modest. As with any pulley, a rope turning 180 degrees around the sheave can put almost twice the line tension on the attachment point, which must be kept within the rating.

For quotation, buyers should specify rope diameter range, sheave bearing or bushing, side-plate colour and marking, and any required standard such as EN 12278 for mountaineering pulleys. Power Honour can manufacture AP-041 as private-label product or modify the design to a customer drawing.
