AP-030-B Aluminium Alloy Pulley with Ball Bearing

AP-030-B combines aluminium alloy side plates with a ball-bearing sheave, a breaking strength of 30 kN and a 13 mm rope size. Its 30 kN rating is higher than the 25 kN hot-forged AP-083 to AP-086 models, which gives a useful margin where the pulley sits at a high-load point such as a main redirect. A ball bearing turns more freely than a plain bushing, so less of the operator's effort is lost in each pulley of a haul system. That matters most in 3:1, 5:1 and compound systems used for rescue, in rope access hauling and in arborist rigging, where several pulleys are in series.

Buyers should confirm rope diameter range, sheave diameter and side-plate geometry from the drawing, and state whether a standard such as EN 12278 is required for the finished product. Power Honour can supply AP-030-B with customer colours and laser marking, or adapt the design to a drawing.
