ZT-01-B Zipline Cable Trolley with Handlebar

The ZT-01-B trolley has a steel body, two ball-bearing wheels in SS303 stainless steel and a handlebar with a 122 mm handgrip. Net weight is 1.8 kg, it works with 13 mm wire cable and the listed breaking strength is 45 kN. The catalogue also lists a speed of 80 km/h, which should be read as a design reference and checked against the operator's own line design and braking calculations. Trolleys of this type are used on commercial zip lines where the rider holds the handlebar and hangs from the trolley through a harness connection. In Europe, zip lines within ropes courses are covered by EN 15567, and ASTM F2959 is widely used for aerial adventure courses in North America; operators and installers usually set the compliance requirements.
