TP-975 Aluminium Pulley with Stainless Steel Sheave

The TP-975 pairs an aluminium alloy case with a stainless steel sheave. The stainless sheave resists wear and grooving where the pulley runs repeatedly along a line, while the aluminium case keeps the total weight to 318 g. It is sized for 13 mm rope. A dimension drawing forms the second image.

Applications include zip-line and traverse trolleys in adventure parks, tyrolean crossings and rescue systems that move a load along a tensioned line. Operators of ropes courses in Europe work within EN 15567, and ASTM F2959 is a common reference for aerial adventure courses in North America, so the compliance route should be agreed early.
