SS989 Stainless Steel Zip-Line Trolley Pulley with Ball Bearing

SS989 is built entirely in stainless steel, case and sheave, with ball bearings for smooth running on the cable. The listed load is 15 kN and it fits wire rope up to 13 mm; wire rope is not included. The images show the trolley on a cable and paired with a locking carabiner (2442KSG) and a lanyard, the typical way it is connected to a rider.

All-stainless construction resists the corrosion and wear that come with permanent outdoor installations, including humid and coastal parks. SS989 is intended for adventure parks, ropes courses and zip lines where trolleys are issued to participants many times a day. In Europe these installations are covered by EN 15567, and in North America ASTM F2959 is a common reference; the park operator normally defines the compliance and inspection regime.
