MS-07 Zinc-Plated Steel Pulley, 40 kN

MS-07 is made of steel with a zinc-plated finish and carries a listed breaking strength of 40 kN, matching the 40 kN of the aluminium AP-090-B and AP-092-B and among the highest ratings in this pulley range. The photograph shows a single-sheave design with an attachment eye at the top of the side plate.

Steel pulleys are heavier than aluminium equivalents but tolerate rough handling, abrasion and repeated use on worksites. MS-07 suits industrial hauling, fixed redirects in permanent installations, training structures and rigging where the pulley stays in place. Zinc plating gives basic corrosion protection for indoor or sheltered use; for coastal or permanently wet locations a stainless steel pulley may be more appropriate.

Buyers should request the sheave dimensions and maximum rope diameter of MS-07 before specifying it. An RFQ should also state the intended rope or cable type, finish requirements and marking. Power Honour can manufacture MS-07 as OEM product or modify it to a customer drawing.
