Product details

AP-092-B is the larger partner to AP-090-B. It shares the anodised aluminium alloy construction, ball bearing and 40 kN breaking strength, but accepts ropes up to 16 mm and weighs 442 g. The edge-view photographs show a double-sheave layout with a lower attachment hole, offered in red and gold; the sixth image is a dimension drawing.

Two sheaves in one body make it possible to build 4:1 or higher mechanical-advantage systems with fewer components, while the 16 mm capacity covers thick static and arborist rigging lines. The 40 kN rating is suited to high-load positions in a system, bearing in mind that in a block-and-tackle arrangement the top attachment carries every loaded rope leg. The ball bearings reduce friction losses in each pulley.

Buyers should confirm rope types and diameters, anodised colour, marking and the certification route for their market, such as EN 12278 for mountaineering pulleys. AP-092-B is available from Power Honour as private-label equipment, and drawing-based modifications can be discussed.
