AP-010 Aluminium Alloy Pulley, 20 kN

AP-010 has aluminium alloy side plates, a 20 kN breaking strength and capacity for 13 mm rope. The photograph shows a compact design with lightening holes in the side plates; the second image is a dimension drawing with front and side views.

At 20 kN, AP-010 sits at the entry level of the pulley range, alongside AP-041, and below the 25-40 kN models. That makes it a practical choice for redirects, training rigs, light hauling and tensioning where system loads are modest and well understood. Users should remember that a rope turning 180 degrees around the pulley can load the attachment point with nearly twice the rope tension.
