Product details
AADP-021 combines a ball-bearing pulley with a built-in rope grab. As rope is hauled through the pulley it runs freely, and when the hauler lets go the grab stops the rope running back, so the load is held between pulls. The body is anodised aluminium alloy, the rope range is 8-13 mm, the breaking strength is 25 kN and the weight is 393 g. The image set includes a dimension drawing as its second view.
AADP-021 is listed with CE certification to EN 567, the European standard for mountaineering rope clamps, and EN 12278 for mountaineering pulleys; request the current certificates with your quotation. Progress-capture pulleys are used to build compact haul systems in rope rescue, to lift equipment in rope access and industrial maintenance, and for crevasse and self-rescue in mountaineering.
