SS785 Stainless Steel 304 Ladder Anchor Point with U-Pins

The SS785 anchor point clamps to a ladder with U-pins, giving a lifeline a fixing point without drilling the structure. It is made of stainless steel 304, with a length of 228 mm, a height of 90 mm, a base length of 248 mm, a base width of 50 mm and a weight of 623 g. It is also offered as a horizontal lifeline component under the code SS-785.

Ladder anchor points are used to terminate or support a wire-rope lifeline on fixed ladders, for example on towers, tanks, silos and building access ladders, and on via ferrata routes where ladders are part of the line. Because the anchor relies on the ladder for strength, the ladder and its fixings must be able to carry the loads the system designer specifies.

Buyers should confirm the ladder rung or stile dimensions the U-pins must fit and have the system designed and inspected by a competent person to the applicable standard. The SS785 can be supplied as OEM or private label, or to a drawing.
