SS625-AP-EC Stainless Steel Cable Grab with Double Anti-Panic

The SS625-AP-EC is the most developed version of the SS625 cable grab family, with a double anti-panic function. Like the SS625-AP, it is designed to lock on the wire even when a falling user grabs the device; the drawing and user instructions should be reviewed for how the second anti-panic element operates. It is made of stainless steel with a self-colored standard finish, fits Ø 8 mm or Ø 10 mm wire, and is listed as meeting EN 353-2.

A cable grab follows the climber along a vertical lifeline and arrests a fall by locking onto the wire. Applications include fixed ladders on wind turbines, telecom and power structures, tanks, silos and buildings, and vertical sections of via ferrata routes.

Buyers should specify wire diameter, confirm compatibility with the anchor line and absorber, and request the certification and instructions for their market. The SS625-AP-EC can be supplied under OEM or private label.
