SS413_1 AISI 304 Stainless Steel U-Bolts

Ten combinations of thread and size make up the SS413_1 U-bolt range, all in AISI 304 stainless steel. The M4 version measures B 60 mm, C 30 mm and D 30 mm. The M8 thread is offered in four lengths, with B of 60, 80, 100 and 130 mm, and the M10 in two, at B 90 mm and 130 mm. The largest M12 U-bolt measures B 150 mm, C 65 mm and D 65 mm.

In the lifeline range, U-bolts fix brackets, rope guides and anchor plates to ladders, tubes and frames without welding or drilling the structure. They are equally used for mounting pipes, signs, antennas and marine fittings. AISI 304 suits general outdoor exposure; more aggressive environments may call for a higher-grade stainless steel.

When ordering, confirm the section the U-bolt must clamp, the thread length needed for the bracket thickness and the nuts and washers to be supplied. For fall protection use, the clamping arrangement should be part of a system design approved by a competent person. The SS413_1 can be made as OEM or private label.
