Product details
The 6300A is a swivel-top self-locking hook listed for chain sizes of 6, 7–8, 10, 13, 16 and 18–20 mm. Ratings rise from 1.20 ton at 0.60 kg for the 6 mm size, through 3.20 ton for 10 mm and 5.40 ton for 13 mm, to 12.50 ton at 11.70 kg for the 18–20 mm size. The 16 mm hook is rated at 8.20 ton and weighs 8.20 kg. Minimum breaking load is four times the working load limit.
The swivel allows the hook to rotate into line with the lifting point, while the latch closes and locks automatically and stays locked until the operator presses the release trigger. This combination suits lifts where the load may turn or where the rigger needs to engage the hook from different directions, for example in construction, precast handling and steel erection. The 6300A is lifting hardware, not fall-arrest equipment.
Buyers should state the chain or sling it will be fitted to, the required WLL and whether rotation under load is expected. The 6300A can be produced as OEM or private label, or adapted to a drawing.
