The 6000A (Art. No. 6000A) is a Grade 80 eye self-locking safety hook in metric chain sizes for lifting slings. Seven sizes are listed from 6 mm (WLL 1.20 ton) to 22 mm (WLL 15.00 ton).

Product details
Seven metric chain sizes make the 6000A the widest eye self-locking hook in this Grade 80 range. The 6 mm hook is rated at 1.20 ton and weighs 0.50 kg; 7–8 mm at 2.00 ton; 10 mm at 3.20 ton; 13 mm at 5.40 ton; 16 mm at 8.20 ton; 18–20 mm at 12.50 ton; and 22 mm at 15.00 ton with a net weight of 13.40 kg. Minimum breaking load is four times the working load limit.
Here too, the latch closes and locks automatically and stays locked until the operator presses the release trigger. The eye connects through a connecting link or to a master link or thimble, so the hook can terminate chain slings or wire rope assemblies. It is widely used in construction, precast, shipbuilding and heavy maintenance. The 6000A is lifting hardware and is not intended for personal fall protection.
When specifying, give the chain diameter and grade, the WLL needed and the connector that will be used. The 6000A can be supplied under OEM or private label, and the design can be modified to a customer drawing.
