The 1500A (Art. No. 1500A) is a Grade 80 welded master link assembly that forms the top connection of multi-leg chain slings. Six sizes are listed from 1/2 in (WLL 2.0 ton) to 1-1/4 in (WLL 13.6 ton).

Product details
Master link assemblies are the crane-hook end of a multi-leg sling, normally combining a master link with intermediate links so that three or four legs can be attached. The 1500A is a welded Grade 80 version listed in six inch sizes. The 1/2 in assembly has a working load limit of 2.0 ton and weighs 0.83 kg; the 3/4 in is rated at 4.0 ton, the 7/8 in at 6.4 ton and the 1-1/8 in at 9.6 ton, while the 1-1/4 in assembly carries 13.6 ton at 9.40 kg. Minimum breaking load is four times the WLL.
Typical uses are three- and four-leg chain slings for lifting plant, precast elements, containers and structural steel. This is lifting hardware and is not intended for fall protection.
Buyers should check that the master link fits the crane hook it will hang on, that the intermediate links match the leg connectors, and that the assembly is rated for the sling configuration. Power Honour can supply the 1500A as OEM or private label, or to a drawing.
