With 75 mm of overall width, the A12117 frame is one of the wider bodies in the A121 series, which gives space to clip a rope, a belay device or a bundle of slings without crowding. The screw sleeve is locked by hand, keeping the user in control of when the gate is secured, and the key-lock nose avoids snagging during clipping.
