MS-03 Steel Double Slot Buckle, 23 kN

The MS-03 is a 3.5 mm steel double slot buckle rated at 23 kN breaking strength. In the product photo it has two long parallel slots and a curved upper edge.

A 23 kN rating suits load-bearing adjustment points, for example the leg loops and shoulder straps of full body harnesses, the adjustable sections of work positioning belts, and straps on rescue equipment. The curved edge provides a smoother bearing surface for the webbing and the wearer. Steel makes the buckle tolerant of daily abrasion on construction and industrial sites.

The MS-02 shares the same thickness at a lower 20 kN rating, while the MS-01 reaches 25 kN at 4 mm, so the series offers a range of strength levels. Request a drawing for dimensions and state webbing width and thickness, finish and marking in the RFQ. As with any friction buckle, test the assembly with the intended webbing. For brand owners, the MS-03 can be supplied as OEM or private-label hardware, with changes to a drawing discussed at quotation stage.
