MS-02 Steel Double Slot Buckle, 20 kN

The MS-02 is a 3.5 mm steel double slot buckle rated at 20 kN breaking strength. Its product photo shows a compact rounded plate with two slots, one of which has a shaped profile to guide the webbing.

Compact buckles like this are used where space on the strap is limited: chest straps, shoulder strap adjusters, lanyard length adjusters and positioning belt straps. The 20 kN rating places it in load-bearing roles, provided the complete strap assembly is tested. It shares its 3.5 mm thickness with the MS-03, which is rated at 23 kN in a larger format.

Request a drawing for dimensions, and specify webbing width and thickness, finish and marking in the RFQ. Holding strength in a friction buckle depends on the webbing and threading, so validate the combination with samples.
