MS-239 Steel D-Ring, 22 kN, 6.5 mm

With a 6.5 mm section, the MS-239 is the slimmer of the two MS-series steel D-rings, reaching the same 22 kN breaking strength as the 7 mm MS-240. It is made of steel.

A thinner section can save a little weight and let the ring sit more neatly in the webbing loop, which helps on side positions of positioning belts and on harnesses where several D-rings are fitted. It is used as an attachment point for lanyards, self-retracting lifelines and positioning straps in construction, industrial maintenance and utility work. Designers should check that the connectors to be used with it seat correctly on the 6.5 mm bar.

Dimensions and finish are not given for this model, so buyers should request a drawing and specify the webbing width, plating or coating, and any marking.
