CX-01 Steel Quick Buckle, 18 kN

The CX-01 is a steel quick buckle rated at 18 kN breaking strength and made 3 mm thick. In the product photo it is a flat plate with two parallel slots, finished in bright metal.

A two-slot plate like this commonly pairs with a rectangular frame to form a two-piece quick buckle: the strap is attached to each part, and the frame is fed through the slotted plate to close the connection. That allows harness leg and chest straps to be fastened and opened without rethreading. The CX-02 frame, listed with the same 18 kN rating and 3 mm thickness in galvanised steel, may suit such a pairing, but buyers should confirm the combination with samples.
