MS-01 Steel Double Slot Buckle, 25 kN

At 4 mm, the MS-01 is the thickest buckle in the MS series and is rated at 25 kN breaking strength. The product photo shows a flat steel plate with a large round opening above a webbing slot, a layout that lets one strap be sewn through the slot while a connector or another strap uses the round opening.

That makes the MS-01 useful as a junction or attachment plate on full body harnesses, positioning belts and rescue equipment, where a flat, strong part is needed to carry load from one webbing piece to another. Steel offers robustness for construction, utility and heavy industrial users.

Buyers should request a drawing to confirm dimensions and check that the connectors to be used fit the round opening. State webbing width and thickness, finish and marking in the RFQ, and test the finished assembly to the harness standard required. Private-label and OEM supply are both options for the MS-01, and a customer drawing can serve as the basis for a modified version.
