Product details

The CRM-12-W combines a 12-point steel frame with the beginner binding: PU toe and heel cradles secured by a strap, as shown in the product photo. Because it needs no boot welts, it fits a broad range of stiff hiking and mountaineering boots. An anti-snow plate is fitted and can be removed.

This makes the CRM-12-W a sensible all-rounder for users who want front points for steeper snow but do not own fully crampon-compatible boots. The anti-snow plate reduces snow build-up under the frame in wet or warming conditions, and steel points cope with icy and rocky ground.

Retail and rental buyers should define the boot-size range the frame must adjust to and the strap length. Power Honour can supply the CRM-12-W as a private-label crampon, and the plate-free CRM-12-W-WS is available where plates are not required.
