Product details
The CRM-10-S fits a step-in binding, a wire toe bail and a heel lever, to a 10-point steel frame with PU components. A removable anti-snow plate is included.
Ten-point step-in crampons appeal to users with welted mountaineering or touring boots who want a secure, quick-to-fit crampon for glaciers, snow slopes and ski-mountaineering approaches, without the more aggressive point layout of a 12-point model. The step-in binding transfers movement precisely, and the anti-snow plate limits snow balling in soft conditions.
Because step-in bindings require welts at both ends of the boot, retailers usually list compatible boot types next to the product. The 10-point steel range also includes the combi CRM-10-C and the beginner CRM-10-W.
