B611K Aluminium Alloy Carabiner, 11 mm Bar

B611K is formed from 11 mm aluminium alloy bar into a 111 x 60 mm frame. It weighs 75 g, opens to 20 mm and has a listed breaking strength of 24 kN. The product photo shows a coloured threaded locking sleeve.

The relatively narrow 60 mm width and near-symmetrical proportions visible in the photo suit applications where the connector should sit evenly, such as carrying pulleys, rope clamps or other devices, or racking equipment that should not shift to one side. A manual locking sleeve lets the user secure and inspect the gate deliberately.

The same 111 x 60 mm, 11 mm bar frame is used by B614K, pictured with a plain straight gate, and by B612/B613, which offers auto-lock and triple-lock gates. That gives a brand four gate options on one geometry. When requesting a quotation, confirm the locking type on the drawing and state the certification your market requires, colours and marking.
