B612/B613 Aluminium Auto-Lock and Triple-Lock Carabiners

B612/B613 covers two gate versions of one carabiner. The aluminium alloy frame is formed from 11 mm bar to 111 x 60 mm, weighs 85 g, opens to 20 mm and has a breaking strength of 24 kN, and it is available with an auto-lock or a triple-lock gate. The product photo shows the two versions side by side.

An auto-lock gate relocks itself on release, while a triple-lock gate adds a further movement before the gate can open, giving more protection against accidental opening when the connector rubs against rock, structure or a moving rope. Self-locking connectors are standard on lanyards and in rescue, rope-access and arborist systems.

The frame is shared with B611K, pictured with a manual locking sleeve, and B614K, pictured with a plain gate. When ordering, state which gate version you need, the certification your market requires, and colours and marking.
