B252 Aluminium Alloy Carabiner, 26 mm Opening

B252 shares its listed figures with B251: 11 mm aluminium alloy bar, a 113 x 72 mm frame, a 26 mm gate opening and a 25 kN breaking strength.

The product photo shows a silver locking sleeve, compared with the coloured screw sleeve pictured on B251, so the two codes may differ in gate mechanism. Confirm the locking action on the current drawing when you request a quotation. A wide gate opening on a full-size frame makes the carabiner easy to clip around thick ropes, harness attachment points or several slings, useful at anchors, in rescue systems and in rope-work kits.

For a higher listed strength on the same overall size, the B23 series offers 28 kN with a 22 mm opening. In your RFQ, specify the certification target, the gate action, the colour and marking, and ask for the unit weight.
