B251 Aluminium Alloy Carabiner, 26 mm Opening

B251 is made from 11 mm aluminium alloy bar and measures 113 x 72 mm, the same overall size as the B23 series. It trades some strength for access: the gate opens to 26 mm, against 22 mm on the B23 models, and the listed breaking strength is 25 kN.

The product photo shows a coloured screw-type locking sleeve. A manual screw gate lets the user lock and check the gate deliberately, which suits anchors, belay stations and equipment that is clipped and left. The wide opening helps when clipping thick ropes, multiple slings or larger anchor points.

B252 is listed with identical figures and is pictured with a different locking sleeve. Before ordering, confirm the gate mechanism and request the unit weight, and specify the certification your product must carry, colours and marking.
