612 Stamped Steel Double Slot Buckle, 45 mm

Stamped from steel in a 45 mm size, the 612 is a double slot buckle rated at a minimum breaking load of 1750 kg (3850 lbs). It is offered in 3 mm or 4 mm thickness, with a zinc or yellow plated finish, and can be produced in stainless steel or alloy steel as well.

Double slot buckles adjust strap length and anchor webbing ends on harnesses, positioning belts and load-carrying straps. The thickness option matters: a 4 mm buckle is stiffer and gives the webbing more bearing surface, while 3 mm saves weight. The 613 has the same size and rating without a listed thickness option, and the 500 quick release buckle shares the 45 mm size, so these parts can be evaluated together when designing a harness.

In the RFQ, specify material, thickness, finish, webbing width and thickness, and marking. Refer to the drawing for dimensions. Power Honour can produce the 612 under a customer's own brand and can rework the design from a drawing where needed.
