A2786 Aluminium Quick Buckle, 50 mm Inner Size

Weighing only 22 g, the A2786 is an aluminium alloy quick buckle with a 50 mm inner size, a 4.5 mm thickness and a minimum breaking strength of 15 kN. The product photo shows a flat black plate with two long slots.

The 50 mm inner size makes it a candidate for wider webbing on harness waist belts, leg loops and positioning belts, and for straps on rescue and equipment harnesses. Its low weight helps products where many buckles are used, and aluminium can be anodised to suit a brand's colour scheme. As with any friction or slotted buckle, the threading method and webbing used affect real-world holding strength, so designs should be validated on samples.

Specify webbing width and thickness, anodising colour, marking and packaging in the RFQ. The A2786 is available for OEM and private-label programmes, and Power Honour can adapt it to a customer drawing.
