Product details

The 502 is a rectangular quick buckle frame with a 45 mm inner size and a minimum breaking load of 20 kN. It is heat treated and offered in two materials, sheet alloy steel or stainless steel, and in two thicknesses, 3 mm or 3.5 mm.

These options make it adaptable: alloy steel for general industrial harnesses at a competitive cost, stainless steel where corrosion is a concern, and a thickness to suit the webbing and the feel the designer wants. Quick buckle frames are typically used with a slotted mating buckle on harness leg and chest straps, or as keepers and connection frames on positioning belts. The 502-R in this category is a separate stamped adjuster buckle.

In the RFQ, specify material, thickness, finish, the mating part if one is needed and the webbing width and thickness, and confirm the strength requirement of the target standard. Dimensions are shown on the drawing. Power Honour can supply the 502 as OEM or private-label hardware and can modify it to a customer drawing.
