Product details
SS833 is the stainless steel member of the side release buckle group, and at 4 mm it is specified thicker than the 3 mm aluminium A830 and A832. Stainless steel suits products that see rain, salt air, washing or abrasion, where an aluminium or plated steel buckle may wear or corrode sooner.
Typical uses include work and utility belts, outdoor and marine straps, and harness or equipment straps that need a side-squeeze release. No load rating is published for the SS833; a buyer planning any load-bearing or safety use should define the required strength and verify it by testing first.
An RFQ should state the webbing width, the surface finish (for example polished or brushed), and any marking. Power Honour can supply the SS833 as OEM or private-label hardware and can modify it to a customer drawing.
