SS933 316 Stainless Steel Welded Fork Terminal

SS933 is a fork terminal of welded construction in AISI 316 stainless steel. Seven sizes are listed: M3 (1/8 in.), M4 (5/32 in.), M5 (3/16 in.), M6 (1/4 in.), M7 (9/32 in.), M8 (5/16 in.) and M9 (3/8 in.). D1 runs from 3.3 to 10.0 mm, D3 from 5 to 14 mm and A from 6 to 15 mm, with lengths L1 from 55 to 150 mm and L2 from 38 to 89 mm. D2 is given as a tolerance band, from 6.35 to 6.22 mm on the smallest size up to 15.9 to 15.7 mm on the largest, a dimension buyers should check against their own tooling or mating parts.

The fork end pins directly to padeyes, tangs, eye terminals and turnbuckle eyes, making it a common fitting on architectural wire balustrades, tension structures, shade sails and marine rigging. Grade 316 gives the corrosion resistance these exposed installations need. No load rating is listed, so the termination method and working load should be confirmed for each project.
