The A11098KSG is a locking aluminium alloy carabiner with a screw gate and keylock nose, rated 25 kN on the major axis and weighing 50 g. It is used where a carabiner must not open accidentally, such as belay, anchor and lanyard connections in climbing.

As the screw-gate member of the A11098 series, the A11098KSG adds a threaded locking sleeve to the aluminium alloy design used for the bent-gate KNB and straight-gate KNS models. The sleeve brings the weight to 50 g and the gate opening to 16 mm. Listed breaking strengths are 25 / 8 / 9 kN, the first being the major-axis rating with the gate closed and locked.
A manual screw gate is the simplest locking mechanism: the user turns the sleeve to close it and can check its position at a glance. That makes the A11098KSG suitable for belay devices, anchors, personal lanyards and attaching gear that must stay connected.
With a 16 mm opening, buyers should check that the intended rope, sling or device passes through the gate. The carabiner can be supplied as an OEM or private-label part, and Power Honour can quote modifications such as sleeve colour or marking to a drawing.
