A7750 Forged 7075 Aluminium D-Ring

The A7750 is forged from 7075 aluminium alloy, specified as SAE 7075, one of the high-strength aluminium grades used for load-bearing hardware. The minimum breaking load is 4000 lbs (17.8 kN), and the ring is 100% proof loaded to 2880 lbs (12.8 kN), meaning every piece is loaded to that level before shipment rather than only a sample.

Forging 7075 gives a strong, light ring for harness attachment points, positioning belts, rescue equipment and rope access gear where steel would add unnecessary weight. Per-piece proof loading is a useful quality control for buyers, because it screens out parts with hidden defects before they reach a sewing line.
