2250 Drop Forged Alloy Steel D-Ring, 45 mm

The 2250 is drop forged from alloy steel and zinc plated. It is listed in a 45 mm size, which normally refers to the webbing width the ring accepts, and its minimum breaking load is 4000 kg, or 8800 lbs.

That rating is well above typical harness D-ring requirements, so the 2250 is suited to applications where a webbing ring takes heavy or repeated loads: rescue and evacuation harnesses, heavy-duty positioning belts, webbing slings and lifting or securing straps where a forged ring is preferred to a stamped one. Zinc plating protects the steel against corrosion in general industrial environments.

The ring's outside dimensions and section size are not listed, so request a drawing and confirm the webbing width and thickness, finish and marking in the RFQ. Power Honour can supply the 2250 as OEM or private-label hardware and can modify the forging to a customer drawing.
