A902 Aluminium Alloy Descender, 345 g

The A902 descender weighs 345 g and uses an aluminium alloy body sized for ropes from 9 mm to 12 mm. As pictured, it is a handle-operated device: the rope passes around the internal friction surfaces, and the handle together with the brake hand lets the operator descend, slow down or hold position.
