A002 Anodised Aluminium Rigging Plate, 7 mm, 35 kN

A002 is a compact rigging plate in anodised aluminium, 7 mm thick, with a listed breaking strength of 35 kN. The photograph and the dimension drawing in the second image show three round holes along the top edge and a large opening below, which is typically clipped to the anchor while ropes and devices are attached through the smaller holes.

Small three-hole plates suit rope access and rescue teams that need a lightweight way to organise a main line, back-up line and a pulley or personal attachment at one anchor, as well as arborists and canyoning guides who rig simple systems. Spreading connectors across a plate avoids several carabiners loading each other in one point.
