A001 Anodised Aluminium Rigging Plate, 158.6 x 101.1 mm

The A001 plate measures 158.6 x 101.1 mm, is 10 mm thick and is made from anodised aluminium. Its listed breaking strength is 45 kN, matching A003 at the top of the rigging plate range. The photograph shows a large plate with a ring of attachment holes around a central opening; the second image is a dimension drawing.

The size and hole count make A001 suitable for complex systems such as rope rescue with separate main and belay lines, highline and tyrolean anchors, entertainment rigging and multi-person rope access set-ups. Plates of this kind keep each element on its own hole, which reduces cross-loading of connectors and makes the system easier to check.

Buyers should confirm hole diameters and spacing against the connectors to be used, anodised colour, engraving and the certification route required. Because the 45 kN figure applies to the plate as rated, loads through individual outer holes should be confirmed with Power Honour. A001 can be supplied as private-label stock or machined to a customer drawing.
