A777 Aluminium Alloy Parachute Connector, 18 kN

A777 is listed in aluminium alloy with an 18 kN breaking strength. The photograph shows a carabiner-style connector in purple anodised finish with a broad, flat-bottomed frame and a pivoting metal gate of a different design from the screw sleeve on A776-2; the second image is a dimension drawing showing the frame and gate opening.

Connectors in parachute and paraglider systems join risers to the harness, attach reserve bridles and accessories, and link harness components.
