PA-004 Stainless Steel Triangular Webbing Plate

PA-004 is a flat stainless steel plate weighing 35 g. The photograph and the drawing in the second image show a triangular outline with a long webbing slot near the base and a round hole at the apex. Webbing is sewn through the slot, and the hole takes a connector, link or line, turning a wide strap into a single attachment point.

Plates of this shape are used in parachute and paraglider equipment, harnesses and webbing assemblies wherever a strap must be connected to a line or a smaller fitting, such as at riser ends, attachment tabs and bridle points. Stainless steel is chosen for its corrosion resistance and for a smooth surface that is kind to webbing.

Buyers should request the slot length to suit their webbing width, plate thickness and any strength data before using PA-004 in a load-bearing assembly. An RFQ should also specify finish, edge treatment and quantity. Power Honour can supply PA-004 as OEM hardware or adapt it to a customer drawing.
